FOOD: FRESHLY INSPIRED

The Christmas menu has been on the tip of our tongues for weeks now. I'm admittedly always indecisive with what food we'll feature having gone for alternative options like goose and crabs in the past. Sometimes I wait too long and end up rushing to magically make it all happen which is not happening this holiday season say the powers that be. Direction is good especially in the kitchen because I love all foods so we've planned ahead this year freshly inspired by this pretty plate. Festive colors, local produce and plated to perfection. We are not ourselves enjoying ceviche but the ethics to create this plate are strong and will be translated for our family's feast. Our menu is done decided and we're going traditional American. Or maybe I should whip together a last minute fish option like this? I kid. Just a wee Christmas joke for you.
