I recently received a letter from a reader who hails from my hometown. Her garden is in the middle of winter and despite the warmer climates in the southern United States, the Southern Hemisphere gardens are naturally winning the race right now.
Calla lilies, sunflowers, berries, busy butterflies, hosta breeding, roses, herbs, succulents and a new gnome chosen by a member of the International Gnome Society are what's currently happening in my hemi. I.G.S is a real thing, by the way.
Aforementioned reader asked for a photo montage that would make them feel warm in winter. Hope this helps.
